Product Warranty:
 Concrete Jungle gives the following product warranty to the first owner of the property in which Concrete Jungle products have been installed in Canada and the United States of America, by a Concrete Jungle trained and authorized installer.
If the Product, or portions thereof, as a result of manufacturer's defect in materials (as determined by Concrete Jungle) fails to adhere to the subsurface and delaminates, Concrete Jungle will replace the material, when the claim under this Warranty is made within 5 years from the date of installation of the Product.
Important: For this warranty to be effective, all the following conditions must be satisfied, as reasonably determined by Concrete Jungle:

The Product must have been purchased from Concrete Jungle or an authorized Distributor/Installer, for installation in Canada and United States;
- This Product must be properly installed in accordance with Concrete Jungle installation procedures;
- Defects in the product must not result from misuse, abuse, improper storage, improper installation or modification to the Product or due to defects in the sub floor, unusual physical elements including climatic conditions.
Claims made under this Warranty must be made in writing to Concrete Jungle at the address given below within the life of the Warranty for a particular claim as described above. Concrete Jungle shall be permitted a reasonable opportunity to inspect the site with respect to which a claim is made in order to determine if this Warranty is applicable.
